We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Pune city limits. This includes:
- All areas within Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)
- Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) areas
- Major suburbs and residential areas
2.2 Areas Not Covered
We currently do not deliver to:
- Areas outside Pune city limits
- Remote or inaccessible locations
- Military cantonment areas (restricted zones)
To check if your area is covered, enter your address during registration. Our system will verify delivery availability.
3. Delivery Timings
3.1 Delivery Slots
We offer two daily delivery windows:
Morning Slot: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Evening Slot: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
3.2 Slot Selection
- Choose your preferred slot during order placement
- Delivery time within the 2-hour window
- Delivery partner will call before arrival
- Real-time order tracking available
3.3 Operating Days
We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays.
4. Order Placement Requirements
4.1 Advance Ordering (12-Hour Rule)
All orders must be placed at least 12 hours in advance of your chosen delivery slot.
Examples:
- For 8 AM breakfast: Order by 8 PM previous day
- For 12 PM lunch: Order by 12 AM same day
- For 8 PM dinner: Order by 8 AM same day
4.2 Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may not be available for all slots. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure availability.
5. Delivery Process
5.1 Order Confirmation
- Order placed and payment confirmed
- Order status: "Pending" → "Confirmed"
- You receive order confirmation notification
5.2 Meal Preparation
- Kitchen prepares your meal fresh
- Order status: "Preparing"
- Quality checks performed
- Meal packaged securely
5.3 Dispatch and Delivery
- Delivery partner assigned
- Order status: "Out for Delivery"
- Delivery partner contacts you
- Meal delivered to your address
- Order status: "Delivered"
6. Delivery Charges
FREE DELIVERY on all orders! We do not charge any delivery fees for orders within our service areas.
7. Address and Contact Requirements
7.1 Delivery Address
You must provide:
- Complete address with landmark
- Building/society name and flat number
- GPS coordinates (auto-captured)
- Valid contact phone number
7.2 Address Changes
To change delivery address:
- Update address in your profile settings
- Changes apply to future orders only
- Cannot change address for orders already dispatched
8. Receiving Your Order
8.1 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery:
- Be available during your selected delivery slot
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery calls
- Ensure someone is present to receive the order
- Provide gate pass/security clearance if needed
8.2 Inspection Upon Delivery
When receiving your order:
- Check the package seal is intact
- Verify order contents match your order
- Report any issues immediately to delivery partner
- Contact customer support if needed
8.3 Contactless Delivery
We offer contactless delivery option. The delivery partner will:
- Call you upon arrival
- Leave package at your doorstep
- Maintain safe distance
- Mark order as delivered once confirmed
9. Failed Delivery Situations
9.1 Undeliverable Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- No response to calls/messages
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Access restrictions (gated communities, security)
Important: No refund or credit will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer-related issues.
9.2 Delivery Reattempts
Delivery partners may attempt delivery once. Additional reattempts are subject to availability and may incur charges.
