Delete Your Account

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data including order history, credits, and profile information will be removed and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the App

  1. Open the 500Kcal.fit app
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Via Email Request

Send a deletion request to our support team:

Subject: Delete My Account

Include: Your registered phone number or email address

Response Time: Within 2 business days

Option 3 — Via WhatsApp / Phone

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile (name, phone number, email, address)
  • All meal booking and order history
  • Remaining credits and credit purchase history
  • Payment records linked to your account
  • Referral history and rewards
  • Any health or dietary preferences stored

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons:

  • Financial transaction records — retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance)
  • Anonymized usage data — aggregated and non-identifiable analytics may be retained

This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Before You Delete

  • Any unused credits will be forfeited upon deletion and are non-refundable
  • Active or upcoming orders should be cancelled before deleting your account
  • You can create a new account at any time with the same or a different phone number
